The salesperson was aggressive, but prices were good. Pressured to leave deposit. Should've taken that as a bad sign. The basement floor was not prepped correctly and you could feel unevenness and debris under the carpet. Called to ask them to resolve. They sent two workers and said it was the "floors fault." They fixed one small area of unevenness, but not the rest of the 20 spots. They charged me $200 asking for cash.

A good carpet installer would not put carpet pad over uneven subfloors as they will wear unevenly and could cause accidents.

We will have to hire another company to do what they should have done in the first place - fix the uneven spots on the floors by using a leveling agent before the installation.

Additionally, they laid the vinyl flooring down over screws that were in the floor and they are now popping through the flooring. See photo.

Not happy, have had much better experiences having carpeted many rooms before with other companies like Home Depot.

Poor quality work, materials and lack of courtesy. Would not recommend no matter how low they quote.

Terrible. 5 hours late for install. Urinated front of my home Instead of using my bathroom. Then caused damage to my home, which I had to fix. Called mgt and they ducked me for months when I tried to recoupe my losses. Finally mgt came to my home to inspect and tried to make every excuse for his install team. No one ever apologized. These are just a few of the problems I had. Find another carpet company. Carpet Depot is unprofessional.

Had my carpets installed in Feb 2014. Not even a year and on carpet is bulging. They didn't install the hall and stair runner correctly. Paid for a carpet and then was told they didn't have it and the one that they were suggesting cost more. Also charged me extra to remove vinyl flooring when they never removed it

They were willing to accommodate a next day installation before 10 AM! I very easily picked out the carpet I wanted, and Cary was so patient when I was going back and forth between colors and whether or not I wanted cove installed... When I went into work the next day, everything was done already and it looked great! I went to Home Depot first and couldn't even get them to measure my space.... nothing beats a local company that actually cares about your business! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible service. I live in the neighborhood and thought I'd try the place. The salesman are nice until you pay for the carpet and then everything changes. I waited all day for them and they never showed up. The salesman was rude and cursed at me blaming me when I kept checking in all day and was told that they'd been there within the hour.

The owner which own all three carpet depots on the island, says no refunds, $75 if you change the appointment, and if they didn't show up its because they were busy.

Go to Kelley's Flooring in Seaford who offered us better prices and service on the rest of our home.
