Hello all. My name is Brian Reardon and I am the owner of Monster Music in Levittown, NY and have been so for about 7 years now. I am so sorry that the two people that posted reviews below had the experiences that they had at my shop. I try to have everyone leave my store satisfied with the experience. From the looks of things here I have apparently fallen short on occasion. I do know that we have thousands of loyal customers and students so from time to time we actually get it right as well. :) Please give us a shot and help keep the spirit of the local, independent music store alive. The front desk person is rude. They make a mistake and sell a music book rather than the music NYSMA sheet and tell customer that it is not available in sheet music. That is totally wrong because it was available at Sam Ash..... Then the man has the nerve to not want to take the music book back that he incorrectly sells and he will not even give a store credit. BAD BUSINESS. RUDE and shady! I rate the place negative STARS

Ive had such problems with the owner of the store....my instrument wasnt repaired properly, taken longer than told to even get it back, and a very rude attitude from the owner. Very unhappy and will never get my business again.
