Horrible customer service. Marilyn who works on Saturdays is very rude and has no patience. She was extremely rude to another customer about a month ago then today this past Saturday she was very rude to me and not helpful. If you can not provide even halfway decent customer service, then you should find a new job.



As I work full time, I can only get to the post office on Saturdays. I got to the Levittown post office this past Saturday at 9:15am. I needed to return a money order and was told there wasn't enough cash, I would have to come back later on in the day. I was on my way to a doctors appointment to find out the gender of my baby and this was a horrible start to my day. My time is valuable also. You are the freaking post office. You should have money available. Especially when its only $88. As if that wasn't bad enough, Marilyn who was "helping" me was not the least bit apologetic or nice at all. Even when I left, the lady behind me says, "I can't believe they don't have $88. It was ridiculous.
