I ran out of fuel over the weekend and had to wait until Monday to order it. I called very early Monday morning and asked for a delivery that day, they said no problem. They charged my credit card that morning, and when I got home from work at 6 PM the same day, there was no drop off. I had to call them and ask about it, instead of them being pro-active and informing me that they made a mistake and where unable to deliver that day. Very unprofessional and I had to wait for my refund. Not a good way to run a business. I understand things happen, but the fact is, they should have made phone calls and let people know. It is April and I am sure they weren't storming with business today.
