Christina M. Benn, O.D. completed her doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honors Society. She completed her clinical externships with honors at various locations including the VA Hospitals of Providence, RI and Newington, CT, the Lynn and Charles River Community Health Centers in Boston, and The NECO Center for Eye Care. Dr. Benn also completed an internship as a student with us here at Total Eye Care. Prior to moving to Boston, Dr. Benn attended the University of Delaware where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Today, she enjoys applying this experience toward exercising on a regular basis. As a New Jersey native, she is returning to the area to provide a full scope of optometric services including comprehensive adult and pediatric eye exams, treatment, and management of ocular diseases, contact lens fittings, and vision therapy. In her spare time, you can likely find Dr. Benn staying as active as possible, on the beach, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
