Nu Way pharmacy has been my pharmacy for 30 year's, and now that it's taken over by Patel Jignesh at 1627 Haines Road Levittown Pennsylvania 19055 it has changed. This new pharmacist has told me that my medications we're not approved, and I was paying cash for them. Recently I had all of my prescriptions transferred, because of his lies, and deceptions. He told me that my Adderall wasn't approved and it was approved on the 13 th. Of January 2018, and I payed for it with cash. Then he said that my Trintellix wasn't approved and gave my Ex - Husband 5 pills to hold me over. I contacted my insurance company and they said it was approved, I called my New pharmacy and they said that he said that there was no prescription to transfer. After that I called my insurance company, and they called Nu Way Pharmacy and he said that there was no prescription to transfer over. I again was on the phone with my insurance company and they said he said the same thing. My phone was beeping and it was Nu Way Pharmacy calling. She said that's very interesting pick it up so I did. She was on the phone while I was talking to the pharmacist, and he said I have your prescription. When are you going to pay your balance? That's what it was all about the mighty dollar, and he messed around with my mental state by withholding my medication. How unethical is that ? Now he is reported to the Board Of Pharmacy and to my insurance company. " BE AWARE OF YOUR RIGHTS "
