A delivery service that refuses to put in effort to deliver. Told me that they will not lift 3ft off the ground, so left my refrigerator in my yard.

Lousy service. Disgusting customer service. No consideration for seniors with disability. Delivery and installation of Microwave was postponed twice for two weeks then a no-show on the confirmed date. Company keeps robo-calling to confirm your availability at the delivery time they chose and you have to sit by the phone for a 12-hour window so you won't miss one of the calls. The third delivery appointment was delayed to 9PM but no one showed by 1030PM with no notification or phone call
