deeply disappointed in their service and care of my cat!! he was very anemic when i arrived their . they gave him oxygen and a blood transfusion and said he tested positive for felv. another test which should have been standard protocol i had to request them to do and it came back negative for felv. they basically told me to put him to sleep even though he was only a baby because he would never get better. i took him home but they really didnt give me any hope. i finally put him down when he just kept getting weeker. than i read an article on feline infectious anemia which they never even tested him for. they charged me close to 3000 dollars and really did not go out of there way to try to save the cat. i feel he could have been saved with the right diagnosis and medicine. i will never take another animal here! totally horrific experience!
