My husband, I and our two children have lived here for six years now. We really like it here!!! The office manager is great along with the maintainece crew. They are hard working and are always keeping the place looking beautiful. The court yard is huge and my children really enjoy playing out there. The swimming pool is also awesome for the summer time. Maryanne, the manager, is a thoughtful and caring person and she makes you feel at home. The price is great too. We've compared other apartments and they charge more for less room. Woodbourne apts. has a spacious living room area, huge closet space, and a huge balcony for storage and just to hang out on nice days. I feel very safe here too. The neighbors are very nice also. The only down fall about Woodbourne apts is there are no 3bdr. apts, other than that it's perfect for us!!!

We have lived here for like 7 years. The management is just wonderful. When ever I call with a problem the maintenance crew is there the same day to repair. The pool makes it even nicer and we are getting a new one next year. This is a great community to live at so come on in and join us. The balconys are a great thing to.
