Our 1 bedroom cottage (sleeps 5) includes kitchen area (seats 5) with full size fridge, microwave, sink, hotplate. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV throughout property. Additional amenities: BBQ grills, patio areas on 1 1/2 acre property in quiet small town. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store 12 miles away, C-store 1/2 mile away. 10 minutes to Lake McConaughy, 2 miles from Ash Hollow State Park, Clear Creek Wildlife Refuge, Art Gallery in town.
