terrible terrible terrible since new ownership. none of their employees give correct or accuarate information or even know company policy. i have been jerked around and lied to for the past 6 months there and no one cares. been a customer for almost 20 years and when i complained the guy told me to go to another store. a 20 year loyal customer!! never happened when Mark was there. new manager does not care about locals, loyal customers, or customer service at all.

I went in less then two weeks after purchasing my iPhone with a manufacturer problem. Thomas LaRosso helped me immediately! He stayed with me throughout my dealings with Verizon and was a true customer advocate- he worked solely on my behalf and was exceptionally patient with me, Verizon and my four children (all under seven) who had to tag along. He was very helpful, and direct. Never did I feel like I was dealing with a typical sales person. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone- furthermore I would recommend Thomas particularly- let him know Hope sent you- he won't forget my case anytime soon. Thank you guys so much! You really are truly there for the customer- very refreshing! :)
