Guardian Property Management, was founded in 2003 as a company dedicated to protecting the real estate and financial assets of homeowner associations located in the DELMARVA Peninsula. Guardian experienced rapid growth serving more than 70 HOAs and Condos with a variety of management services. For a period of 5 years, Guardian and TPW were merged allowing the local company to acquire hands-on training and expertise in state-of-the-art HOA Management systems. In early 2015, TPW once again decided to focus 100% of their effort and attention to only states in the northeast section of the country. Guardian regrouped as its own entity July 1, 2015 with a local team of dedicated employees, with the original commitment and equipped with the best technology has to offer.
