Wow, this was horrible. The sandwich was $9.95 and $9.00 of if went in the trash. A true connoisseur of "Carolina Hog" would laugh at this place. It tasted like the last thing they did to the sandwich before serving it was load it up with red hot pepper flakes. Don't know if they use this in the rub, add it later, or as i suspect sprinkle it on at the end. Was horrible, who eats hot spiced bar b que. It wasn't the tang from the vinegar either it was just way too hot. Tried it once as we are catering for 75 people for the September NASCAR race but this place wont be doing it.
