My wife and I have been living at Oak Creek for just about a year now and we've absolutely loved it. There's a lot to like about Oak Creek from the amenities, like the fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, pool, and grills, to the staff and maintenance team and their determination to make this an incredible place to live. The safety at Oak Creek has also been such a HUGE plus to us since the last place we lived struggled with theft. If you're looking for an apartment to live in, this is the place!!

Beautiful place to stay! Great location, renovated smart homes and wonderful amenities. Leasing office people are the best!!!!!

Oak Creek Apartments has the best staff. They are so friendly and helpful anytime. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Love living here. The gym is fabulous and has everything i need to keep fit. The pool is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and full of friendly residents.I'm so glad I made the choice on this complex

The apartments at Oak Creek are wonderful! The community garden, play set, and lovely pool area are real gems...but, what makes Oak Creek especially great is the friendly and helpful staff.

I had to be move to the area in a short period of time. I stopped in to look at an apartment and Andrew took us around right away. The staff here is wonderful! The apartments are newly renovated and very modern looking. I love it! Needless to say I had signed and paid for my first month by the end of the day. They are always thinking of new and great ideas in the neighborhood and they are not done yet. They are in the middle of building a new clubhouse and getting a gym! I am so excited to see what they do next. Any problems that I have had so far are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here to anybody. Come and live with Champion! You wont regret it

My fiancée and I moved in Oak Creek at Polaris last month and this is by far the most professional office staff I have experienced. Joe and Andrew took the extra time to show us several apartments and we found the one that suits us best. OCP just built a playground, dog park and raised garden beds to plant your own garden. Also there is a new pool and grill facility that blows any other places we looked at away! Overall A+ and we couldn't be happier. B&R

Recently relocated to the Columbus area for work, looked at a lot of apartments and this one was the tops. Good pricing for the updated apartments, grounds and location. Very modern and up to date. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you especially to Joe and Andrew for making the move smooth.

My family and I moved here from California and we couldn't be happier with our apartment, it's clean, quiet and updated: being able to control our fixtures, thermostat and lighting via Alexa is a huge plus. The staff is welcoming, thoughtful, and professional. I signed my lease and moved in, in less than 24 hours.

We very much appreciate the fact they are making our community a better place by replacing our windows, siding , ect...

The staff has always been extremely professional and friendly. We love the new model they have coming- the grey cabinetry is beautiful, the black granite, the fact that you would get an amazon echo if you move in inclusive with it being a smart technology apartment.

Definitely a pro of this apartment community is that its tucked away, but still right on Polaris Parkway within a few minutes to everything we need. ( olentangy schools , shopping , grocery ect.. )

I love love living here.

Pros:
1. The girls in the office are the SWEETEST! Alessandra and Sierra. They act like they're me and my daughters best friend when we come into the office.
2. Close to the highway- I work downtown, only about 20 minutes.
3. They just had a breakfast for us this morning! Cute!! :)
4. Everything I need is within a few minutes. All my grocery stores, my daughters daycare, shopping, restaurants, ect....
5. I feel safe here, everything is convenient, and mainly I choose it for the schools ( Olentangy )when my daughter starts school in the next couple of years! But I have been super pleased with how awesome everything has been!! Thank you!

Cons:
1. You can hear your neighbors from time to time but I have also heard my neighbors at every complex I have lived at so it is not a big deal.

Was searching for a new place and stopped in to check out an apartment. The staff was great and very helpful. Great location, close to everything on Polaris and affordable which is hard to find in this area!

Stephanie is always there to answer questions, I like that the office will notify me when I have a package
