This would be a 0/5 if i could do it, they dont even deserve a 1 in my book. I took my toy poodle here to get groomed at the end of july. I had her shave him down to a 1 inch. when i got him back he had some razor burn issues on his face and paws. she said it was bc the hair was so close to his skin. I was not happy and took him to a place that was closer to where i live at that a bunch of people told me was great. I love how he turned out and will be taking him back there, however, she did call me to inform me that he has so many scabs around his private area that she was not going to shave him or trim him because it would only cause him more pain. she said he kept pulling away from her when she went to do his feet and face as well. I am NOT happy with this places grooming and i will not be taking my dogs back to her. and will not be sending anyone her way.

Shannon the owner of Polaris Pet Salon is the absolute best!!! We have moved several times in the past 10 yrs within the Columbus area, & we will only take our dog to Shannon to be groomed no matter how far away from her we move!!!! May God continue to bless her, her family, & her business!!!!!!
