Excelent and friendly staff who care about even the smallest details. Staff are always so friendly, warm and inviting. Administration team is always thinking of new ways to provide excelent and up to date services while maintinaing the warm, loving, and at home atmosphere. With plenty of activities for all skill levels, great entertainment, and top notch medical care residents always feel at ease and happy.
I have always been deeply impressed with the level of care they take for each resident and how warm, nice, and inviting the environment is.

Placing our family member at Heritage Springs was the hardest decision our family had to make, but we have not been disappointed. They place the resident first when it comes. The staff are skilled at what they do whether it is spending quality time getting to know the resident, taking time to listen to the family and working on a solution when necessary. The staff are patient.

With a doctor and PA on staff, medical care is convenient. We have not experienced over medicating by working with the medical team to ensure treatment is appropriate.

The facility is beautiful and modern. There are multiple community rooms which are open and bright. These areas, along with the dining rooms and bedrooms, are kept neat and clean.

We were able to bring some belongings from home in order to provide some extra comfort such as a favorite chair and bedding.

While we never thought we would experience this situation, we are grateful that Heritage Springs provides wonderful care and we have come to recognize we could not give care like this at home.

Not what it appears to be. Do your research people... Beware of over medicating and incorrectly medicating. For some dementia patients this can be FATAL. Not everyone is appropriately trained in dementia related issues. Poor redirecting. The goal here is to make sure everyone is so subdued by medication that they don't create a problem. All posts only show what they want you to see... So sad. You reap what you sow heritage springs... This is not directed at all staff.
