Hi, my name is Susan.

I had visited the Spirit Halloween store in Lewisburg recently. I will say it's the best service I've gotten in a while! I went in to look for an Elsa costume for my granddaughter. As soon as I entered I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed assistance. The employee, Kimberly, that was helping me directed me right towards the Elsa costumes. She actually was over there with me suggesting some accessories to go with the costume to make it look even more fabulous!:) Kimberly was very helpful and full of spirit. Because of her I ended up getting the Elsa wig, tiara, and the face jewelry along with the costume. I wasn't sure if my granddaughter was going to fit the dress so she told me about the return policy and about how they get more shipments in during the week. She was also the one checking me out too and she told me about Spirit of Children. It touches my heart that you guys are asking for donations from every customer to help the sick children out there! I ended making a 5 dollar donation!!! I would say that I will definitely be making another visit back to Spirit Halloween!!! I've never been so pleased with customer service:) I just want to say big THANKS for hiring the best people!:)
