I had a bad experience at the restaurant last evening. My order was wrong and an elderly woman, along with a woman in her 40s, were incredibly rude about correcting it.Upon returning home, I left a 1 star review on the restaurant's Facebook detailing my visit but leaving out the younger of the two women.I had the misconception that the older woman had a higher position than the younger one because her behavior was so ridiculous (yelling and becoming red-faced over us wanting ice cream in dishes the way we had ordered it and the correct flavors) that I had to walk away from the window with my daughter while my mother paid for our ice cream.After leaving the review, their general manager berated me, acting as though I had portrayed the situation vastly differently than it occurred and telling me that she hopes I will not return.Upon seeing the profile attached to these comments, I realized that 2nd woman from my visit was actually the manager.So unprofessional! I will not be returning.

I left the business one star because their ice cream really is some of the best in the area, however if I could leave a 0 star rating on their customer service, I certainly would.

My family and I went to the Purple Cow for ice cream after dinner tonight as a treat for my daughter. She and I both ordered our ice cream in dishes but received them both in cones. Mine came out first and when I told the elderly lady working the window that I had ordered a dish, she asked me if it was okay and gave me a huge attitude when I said no. She then scraped my ice cream off the cone, slapped it in a dish, and went to make my daughter's ice cream. She returned with yet another cone and got huffy when I told her once again that the order was supposed to be a dish. When she returned the second time, she brought a black raspberry instead of vanilla and continued her attitude problem when it needed to be exchanged.

Had I been there myself, I would have left the ice cream and asked for my money back
