This business is under new ownership. A real shame because I've dealt with them for quite a while and always got good service. I purchased a new set of Michelin tires from Andy's. My wheels were aftermarket and when the wheels were removed to install the new tires, they lost some of the hub rings that were needed to provide a proper fit. Needless to say, I lost three lug bolts off the drivers side rear and two off the drivers side front. I had to pay a rollback service to deliver the car from Nashville back to Andy's in Lewisburg ($175.00). I told Andy's what had happened and their response was that I needed longer lug bolts for which they charged me $76.00. I protested and told them they would never get any more of my business or my company's business. They offered no compromise and would not release my vehicle without payment. I pulled the wheels from the passengers side and both those had the hub rings still intact. If you value your car and the safety of your family, don't do business with these people.

Todd and his employees showed great integrity and were super responsive, a rarity these days. I found myself in a huge bind traveling from NC into Middle Tennessee for a farm food conference. I was having some sort of wheel bearing/axle issues, on the Interstate in East Tennessee...and was still 125 mi from Lewisburg, my destination. Got a long tow all the way to Andy's tire, who came highly recommended from another local mechanic @ RCS Auto, who planned to be out of town. Amazingly, Todd @ Andy's was willing to take a quick look at the bearing situation despite the huge crowd already forming with work to be done that Fri Am @ 7:05am. If you treat hard working folks kindly & appreciatively...oftentimes you will be blessed to cross paths with these type of professionals with good character who help get you out of a bind. Turns out, there wasn't a thing wrong with the wheel bearing, rather they identified that it was simply the Axle nut being a bit loose which caused the wobble in the tire. They snugged it up and sent me on my way. Todd was helpful/responsive by phone the day of, that next am, and the outcome was one of integrity. Im so thankful that genuine & honest folks like this still exist.

My ball joints went out while driving to work,the tow truck took my car and me to Andys.Todd took care of my car and made sure it was safe replacing all ball joints.He was all business all about getting the job done.Thanks Todd I feel safe now.

Andy is a great guy and so is his coworkers. One perk he should consider is giving out a recurring customer discount! I know I've been using Andys Tires for over 5 years. That would be amazing! Just a suggestion. :) I definitely would recommend andys tire store!

Great place to get tires, very honest. Have actually had him turn me away, saying I wasn't quite ready for new tires yet. I appreciate the great service and honesty!
