i too have had a hard time getting oil from Reynolds Oil CO. They seem to be very unorganized and no matter how many times I've called they tell me the same thing. I'm not sure whats going on with this company. They used to be better than this. It's a real inconvenience to wait for them to show up and then they don't, but on top of that I had to purchase electric heaters because of no oil. If they cared about people and little kids freezing then they would either deliver the oil or be honest and just say they're out. Instead this company has gone to the bottom of barrel for me. I'm currently looking into replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump, it would be cheaper and at least the electric company doesn't put you through this.

Im a Lewisburg,WV resident who heats with oil. In the past 4 months I have purchased $600.00 worth of oil! The first time I called to order from Reynolds Oil CO, it took them a week to deliver it! The second time I ordered oil it took a day to get it. Now it's the middle of winter and we have been out of oil for TWO DAYS! Reynolds Oil CO tells me they are coming every time I call, I've now called 10 times! The forecast for tonight is calling for 65mph winds! I have a baby and need oil NOW! Still no Reynolds Oil CO has showed up! I have called the other area oil company and will NEVER call Reynolds Oil CO for any future business. They have been dishonest, ruthless, and careless...I looked for company's email and I guess the 30million dollar yr company doesn't need to link to internet. Why would they when they run the local monopoly?
