Again this year I had to request a refund of yearly dues. I had set up auto pay at the bank. When we could no longer camp I forgot to cancel the payments. Both years they were so nice, understanding and we were refunded hassle free. I'm not sure why a payment was sent again in 2018. They found humor in my lack of computer skills. I thought I deleted the payments. After that I let the bank cancel it for me. I have no idea why but a check from the bank was electronically issued to DGF&G today. Again, she was so nice & understanding. They will return our check • Hassle Free! Thank You!
Thankful for the few Small Town Business's we still have. And for the people that still care about customer service.
