Very poor service! here is the doctors response to my (disappointed) survey I sent in after my first visit! WOW! they had sent me a coupon in the mail advertising free x-rays,consultation and visit,(I waited two weeks to get in and am in severe pain) they did not x-ray, took one look in my mouth and priced me right out the door with no concerns for my well being! how can they quote anything without taking x-rays! they wanted to schedule another appointment (so they could charge me for it) and wanted $75.00 for the x-rays and about $200 per tooth to pull, also tried to tell me I had some good teeth left ( again without the x-rays) seems to be Mr richy rich! and if your not going to spend big bucks then we dont even want you in here! how quaint, then he bashes the chaz center and compares them to jiffy lube! wow!

Highly dont recommend this outfit!

I received your response. Thank you for the input. You should educate yourself a little more before making outlandish internet responses. First, the advertisement you responded to clearly states “some restrictions may apply”. One of those restrictions is due to people just like you! You have neglected your mouth to the point of severe infection. You are a dental cripple. Why would I waste multiple appointments and several hours of my time to gather all the needed diagnostic information, construct the treatment options, and then have a second appointment for you to go over those options? Those free exams are for traditional dental needs, ie: a couple fillings and crowns, not someone like you that has a disaster of a mouth. Second, I am a prosthodontist, a restorative specialist, not the welfare clinic. If you want Jiffy Lube dental treatment then stick with the Welfare/CHAS



clinic, you will get what you pay for and that is not the highest standard of care. Third, the fee ranges that were given to you are rough ranges that other patients have spent to reconstruct their mouths. I advised you I would need a lot more information to confirm that those ranges would be correct. The purpose of telling you that was to prevent you from wasting your time as well as my time and money. Last, if you want to cry and complain have the guts to say it face to face when you are here not anonymously on a website. What a COWARD!

Dr Haas gave me a crown one of my back teeth and it was never the same. It was high and he never adjusted it so it hurt all of the time. He wanted to send me to a surgeon to have my wisdom tooth in back pulled because he thought that might be the problem but wasn' sure. I kept telling him it was just high and he did not listen. He had me on pain killers and anti-biodics 3 different times which did not help a bit. I finally went to a new dentist and he relieved my pain immediately by grinding the tooth down but said he could not make it right because the crown was too thin from adjusting it and the wrong kind of crown was put on it. He said it should not have been a porcelain crown on a back molar but should have been gold. Dr. Haas would not fix it so there I was, stuck with a $1000 crown that wasn't right. Well--the tooth finally broke in half and I had to have it pulled. Thanks Dr. Haas--I will tell everyone what kind of a dentist you are. Please do not make the same mistak
