Made the huge mistake of having this company replace our old electric furnace with a new natural gas one. Installed, didn't check for leaks, left. Furnace leaked gas in the house for 6 WEEKS !!!! had to get Avista involved along with building inspector to get this fixed!!! Absolutley the worst customer service we have ever experienced bar none!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

EXCELLENT customer service, speedy repairs and excellent pricing for a/c service.

Called to get a used A/C reinstalled in our home. Tech came out to precheck. everything was wrote down. tried to get scheduled. no calls back for 2 weeks. Called again to get us scheduled and a renter get serviced. sent tech but he was service guy, not installer. had no line set. wasted trip. called again a few days later after no call back to get scheduled. left message with no call back. another week goes bye. After repeated calls i get a guy that says its my fault that the scheduling got messed up and it would be 2 weeks till someone could get out. Mikes just lost my personal and rental home business.

We had one of their technicians out to look at our AC he said its started working and he didn't know why. Then tried to sell us a duct cleaning package saying it was our filter and duct work.
