My home warranty company had trouble getting their assigned repair company to respond to me so they assigned Appliance City. I called at night expecting to get an answering machine but Jay answered and spoke with me for a considerable length of time to help me get my broken dryer addressed. He was extremely fast in relaying the problems to the warranty company and the matter was resolved in just a few days. I am thankful Jay was willing to handle the service issue, and am very happy with the outcome.

I am a landlord and use this company all the time. They are extremely knowledgeable. I have hired other companies and ended up using this one because they fixed what the other ones couldn't

They were contracted to fix my dishwasher from Lowe's and two days in a row said they would return my call in an hour. Never heard back. Tried to call myself and no answer. Supposedly they were ordering a part for my dishwasher. This was over a week ago with no follow up call as to if they even ordered the part let alone when I will ever get it installed.

My experience with this company has been the worst experience I have ever had. They were called by Amana to repair my washing machine that was under warranty. It has now been 3 weeks and I still don't have my washer. They have told me on 3 separate days that they would be there. I sat home all day and no show, no call. Today I asked them if they were ABSOLUTEY SURE they would be here today because I didn't want to sit here all day if they weren't. Just wanted him to be honest for once. I got the same response, "Yes, I will be there this afternoon and get that fixed for ya." Again no show, no call. I have never been treated so badly and don't understand why. Maybe they don't like doing warranty repairs, don't know for sure. I find this company to be rude, uncaring and unprofessional and I would recommend them to anyone. I refuse to deal with them ever again. I wouldn't even give them one star but it was required.
