Superb customer service! I walked into Blais not knowing what I was going to do with my very first planting experience. I wasn’t in the building a minute when Michael Blais asked if I needed help and boy did I. I told him what I was trying to do and that I didn’t know where to start. He spent the next half hour laying out what would be my future garden. He not only helped with the layout and plant choice but also gave me detailed instructions on how to plant and take care of them. I was so amazed by the fabulous service. The extra bonus is I didn’t spend as much as I thought I would. Instead of taking advantage of an uneducated person he took care of me and actually replaced some of the plants he picked with less expensive ones! I am so happy they have earned a customer for life. Thanks to all the wonderful staff from purchase to pick up everyone was great!
