They delivered it SUPER fast and the prices put The Furniture Superstore to shame! They were patient with me and my wife and helped us find exactly what we want! Great job guys! Thank you!

Provided by YP.comDon't even go in the store. We have been fighting with them for days about our delivery day/time. Decent prices, but I don't think you ever get your stuff. We are going there tomorrow to seek a refund, but I am prepared to call the CC company if they will not give it to us.

Provided by YPmobileThese guys are the worst. Damaged good delivered but they won't correct. Missing items never delivered. Needed to charge back on cc. The owner hung up on me when I called several times.

Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE. VERY POOR QUALITY MATTRESS, HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES, EXCHANGE ONLY RETURN POLICY AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
it took chapter 11 2 months to have my mattress delivered. i was told my mattress wold be delivered on 8 different occasions, they failed to produce in each instance.
i originally purchased a mattress at the portland location. the mattress that was originally delivered looked and felt different than the mattress i purchased. we slept on it one night and it was HORRIBLE, you could feel EVERY SPRING in the bed. mind you, this was the 2nd most expensive bed that they had. i called immediately the next day and explained that i was unhappy with my mattress. they agreed to exchange it, but WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. they picked the bed back up and i choose another mattress. this is where the trouble really begins. initially i was told that they had my selected mattress in stock and that i could come pick it up the next day, even telling me that they would put a hold sticker on it for me to guarantee that it was there. needless to say, when i went into pick it up the next day the mattress wasn't there. the only explanation they could give is that they didn't put the hold sticker on it and it ended up going to a different store. i remained patient and was promised that the mattress would be there on the following week. i called the next friday and the mattress still wasn't there. this occurred 7 more times before i finally got the mattress that i had purchased. at one point i was even told that the mattress was not there because all of the highways were shut down because of the boston bombings, this was clearly a lie because the only transportation issues occurring after the boston bombings were with the subways and unless the mattress was coming up to maine on the subway then this was clearly a LIE. they were very rude and even suggested that the reason that the mattress i originally purchased wasn't acceptable is because their delivery driver had to bend the mattress when they brought it up my stairs, making it my fault. each time i called they said i had to talk to a different person, who consistently wasn't available or never returned my phone calls. i STRONGLY urge ANY consumer considering buying a mattress or anything else through chapter 11 to RECONSIDER AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. they have INCONSISTENT and UNPROFESSIONAL business practices and clearly have issues with scheduling deliveries. the employees are very slick and will give you THE RUN AROUND. had i not actively perused getting this issue resolved and known the proper channels to go through i believe that i would have been out of my $700 and sleeping on a VERY POOR QUALITY MATTRESS. purchasing this mattress through chapter 11 was the biggest retail mistake i ever made and i DEEPLY REGRET ever having gone there.

Provided by YPmobileI bought a bed two years ago and the boxspring broke after a few months and the mattress was crap. I am unemployed and saved up money to buy a new bed due to chronic back issues. I was suckered into buying a new bed that has a warranty and paid $100 for a new boxspring....this time it broke three days after I bought it. I called the store and was told there was no warranty on the boxspring. Really....three days....was told I could exchange but now they aren't returning my call and every time I call they tell me the same thing...there is no warranty.....contacting BBB this can't be ok

Provided by YP.comYes the place looks not like a furniture store BUT I was in Maine for a week to purchase a home in Boothbay Harbor. I went to Chapter 11 at 10AM on Wednesday and purchased a bed,chair and bureau I told them that I needed it deliovered asap as I was leaving on Friday to return to Florida. Now they are some 40 miles from Boothbay Harbor but by 7:00 Pm that night the fuirniture was delivered to me. Excelent service and friendly people to work with.
