We just went back to Millers, again, for yet another bed. We have purchased most of our interior furniture and 3 beds from them, and they are always so friendly and helpful to us!!! They always help my wife and I get everything we need into our house by delivering it and carrying it right where we need it!! I'm so glad they are local, and so helpful to us.

Horrible, unprofessional bussiness. I put a $635 piece of furniture on hold for less than a week and after I decided I didn't want it was told I would be charged a 25% restocking fee ($160, which I was never told about when putting the item on hold) for a piece of furniture I didn't want! I wouldn't recommend this bussiness to my worst enemy! I would give them negative stars if possible!!

Parents bought a recliner here. Less than 4 months later , chair fabric is torn, terribly. Took the chair out, they stitched it from the outside . We could have sewn it better ourselves . After many phone calls, talking to the chair company rep., all they offered was 150 off another chair . Why would they give them more money?? The company rep said Miller's should have told them it was an "as is" chair . They didn't. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone . Beyond terrible customer service .
