The owner is very dishonest. I overheard management speaking rudely to the staff. Food is mediocre and not worth the prices. Not a great environment

This was my first visit to Alex's and I felt the staff was very friendly. The food was wonderful and I felt that we really got a lot of food for the price we paid. As a matter of fact I had to get a box to take home what I could not eat.

I got the pork tenderloin ka-bobs and they were awesome! I will definitely go back again, as well as tell my friends about this restaurant.I feel the prices are very reasonable for the portions.

The owner (greek guy) got away with overcharging me on a single ice cream cone. I came in alone, obviously pregnant, on a very hot day...looking for an ice cream. I asked him for two scoops (only received one scoop---I found this out later) on a waffle cone. He charged me $4.50---sounded high, but...like I said...I was very hot and probably delirious. I am a pretty friendly gal and I believe he took advantage of a dreadfully hot, pregnant woman (without her husband). The owner is dishonest and cheap. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU COULD EASILY GET RIPPED OFF.
