Not sure about the other reviews but we found this place excellent. We have driven by Joe’s off of 421 in Lewisville for years but never stopped. We were doing landscaping so we tried them. We had excellent customer service. They have a great selection with good size plants, bushes and tress for at good prices. We ended going three days in a row as we decideed we needed some additional plants. We discovered we were changed for an extra plant we did not receive. We dealt with Joe’s daughter. She was very nice, accommodating and happily gave us a credit for the plant we did not receive a day earlier. Also had the opportunity to speak with Joe. Great guy, great story. I recommend supporting this local business. We will definitely be back.

I do not recommend this nursery. I have used it off and on over the past 10-15 years and 80% of the items I have purchased from them have died. Just purchased 3 gardenias a month ago and after a week they turned yellow and now the leaves are falling off. They are not dry nor have they been overwatered. My husband was told they should not do that and to bring them back but they would not refund our money nor provide us with new ones - they only guarantee 50% of the purchase price. I tried to tell my husband not to buy them from Joe's but he did anyway. Ticked my husband off and we are going to rip them up and go to Mitchell's in King. We will not be back.

Terrible customer service! I will never go back there again. Joe was a true professional ...the people there now could care less about their customers.

The absolute worse customer service I have ever witnessed. Arrogance and Egos galore here, if you want to be talked to like your a 2 year old and charged a premium go to Joes. Their website says family owned and operated and it's evident everyone in the family has the same attitude

I used to shop there a lot and bought several thousand dollars a year, but no more. Joe's youngest daughter: April is like the proverbial box of chocolates...you never know what you're going to get, nor what will set her off. If she gets mad, and she does this easily, you're liable to get cussed out. She is beyond RUDE, she's plain nasty at times. If you call out there, most of the time, they won't answer your call. They just don't seem to care about your business. I take mine elsewhere.

Joe's is a very pretty and healthy plant nursery. Not only from the main road are the plants attractive, but also up close. This past fall we purchased 9 wax leaf myrtles B/B, all were/are beautiful. Two months ago we purchased over 60 different hedge and foundation bushes which were/are very healthy and growing great. One month afterwards we purchased approx 30 more bushes/roses and all of those are also growing wonderfully. During these visits everyone could not have been any more helpful or friendly to us. One visit we met Joe who is a wealth of knowledge and ready to answer all my stupid questions. By all means check with Joe's place before going elsewhere. Great plants and prices!!

I have always loved Joe's until recently I went there near closing. The lady was so rude I assume they do not need the business so I will search out a small nursery that needs my business and would be glad to help me 2 minutes after they have closed.
