Joseph Bobo was our sales rep. Mr. Bobo did an excellent job of working with us. The car we wanted had an area of peeling paint. Mr. Bobo negotiated to have the area repaired for cost. The repainted area was nicely done and extra effort was put in to be sure the paint matched. We paid cash for this car but were forced to deal with a short staffed finance department that required us to wait 2 hours to close the deal. Another customer had been waiting 5 hours to do his financing. It does not bode well for a dealership to have superior sales associates and put such poor emphasis on finishing the deal. Give your customers a fair deal and get them in the vehicle as soon as possible and you will have an exemplary dealership. Overall, we are very pleased with Mr. Bobo and your dealership

The awesome team of salesperson Tony Johnson and finance mgr Jason Morgan helped

to put my mother in the cutest new 2012 Nissan Versa hatchback when we

thought she could only afford an older, used model. The entire team at

Bankston Nissan of Lewisville were warm, friendly and treated my retiree

parents with much care and respect. The atmosphere of the entire sales

process felt as though we were dealing within a family environment and

never a high pressure sales deal. They made us feel we were one of their

own through each step of the buying process. Many Thanks to General Manager
