My first time here - I was floored by the positive energy, calming surround sound and caring approach. Everyone was incredibly professional and I felt safe and protected (5 stars for that alone during a pandemic, okay). My pedicure was immaculate and I felt like a million bucks...I highly recommend the honey pearl - I’ve had it twice now and it is delightful! My second time there I had an equally beautiful experience and this time I met Natalie...she was so caring and interested in my story and again - I left feeling like a million bucks. I have tried dozens of local nail shops and spas...this is one is my favorite thus far. That’s it and final answer - I will not be going anywhere else when I am in/near Lewisville, TX. I love this place. My gel manicure and my volcano pedicure experience will not be beat. Very happy customer here

If I could give this no stars I would. I went in today thinking I was in the mall anyway it would be one less stop and I shouldn't have let convenience be my reason for going in. First I got that "Look" when I told the girl I don't want a polish I do my own artwork at home, as if I cant possibly know how to do my own artwork compared to them. Then I got Tammy doing my nails. I showed her a picture of the length and shape I liked thinking its a picture no one can misinterpret that. I was wrong. She cut my nails down, and asked how I liked the length, it was fine when she cut it down, with proper filing it would have been a good length. By the time she finished filing them they looked really short and stubby. when I told her it was much shorter than I had asked her reply was "Well you wanted them short not me" and she laughed. At this point I should have just gotten up and walked out but I didn't. So she continues the rest of the procedure blaming me for my nails not being the length I asked her and I was clearly upset by this point and she kept making jokes trying to brush it off. and when I started to leave she asks me "Do you want to put the tip on the card or in cash?" I told her neither and called management when I got home. This didn't do any good either, in between being cut off when talking and told "Oh I know what your saying" before I could even say anything I was told "Well if you want a refund call the credit card and deny it we don't know how to do a refund" Needless to say I wont be going back here again. Plus most places charge for a cut down if the nails are really long but a trim is usually free, this place charges 3 dollars extra no matter what the length trimmed off is and add a charge for everything they do to raise the price as much as possible.
