If you are interested in corporate housing. Do what you must to not stay at Chapel Hill. Live in at tent first.

I was interested in a 2 month lease. I moved to Texas from San Diego. I advised Chapel Hill of my move out date, when I moved in. When I moved, I left the apartment, nice and neat, just as I found it. Then I received a notice that I owe 2600.00 for not giving notice. I advised them that I told them of the move out date, when I moved in. I made every attempt to call corporate, the person to who they asked me to speak with never returned my call. Then most recently a Tina Tarez, who I believe is one of the property managers called my place of employment and advised a secretary that I owed 2600.00. The secretary was oh too happy to share this information with me. I called Tina Tarez and advised her I didn't owe and why I didn't owe. I also advised her that it is an invasion of privacy to share confidential financial information with a third party. She then (2 days later) called another office in San Diego and told another associate the same information, This person (who I don't know) advised her manager who called me in Texas to advised me that I have an outstanding bill, once again sharing of information is totally against the FDCPA. review.... Nice apartment, Bad policies, and stupid, rude, ignorant, disrpectful people working there. Let me repeat.. Don't live a Chapel Hill.
