The Management is Defensive when approached about any questions a parent has after they are enrolled, from room policies to teacher involvement. As a parent, I always felt confused and concerned during the year I was enrolled. My child was moved back and forth from infant rooms all day long not just the policy requirement of consolidating at drop off and pick up. This Center is always short staffed, leading to the child’s schedules being scattered. Naps were interrupted by teacher traffic in and out of the room for breaks. Child to teacher ratios are over state requirements at this facility. Up to 8 infants (6weeks to 1year old) in Room A with one teacher at morning drop off is a normal occurrence and pretty concerning for a parent to leave the environment. Management’s harsh attitude and corrections on teachers leads to how children are treated. Policy inconsistency across the facility on a daily basis and parent communication is on the defense as spoken above and does not match other parent reviews. Use your best judgment when enrolling. I personally had a teacher transfer that turned into an escalated issue in a matter of 2 weeks and management did not handle the situation on a level of any concerned parent’s expectation. As a new parent I will be more aware and not let things get as far as they did having to file a state case. Look up www.dfps.state.tx.us and search by the facility to see any claims against the school, this was helpful to me in finding a new facility.

I could not agree more with all the reviews i have read on yahoo and google.

This has to be the worst daycare ever. not only does the new director not care about the children but she does indeed care about taking your money and charging more than what is agreed on. I would even say if your not careful you may find charges & late charges for days you child wasn't even there. Make sure you get a receipt and have the dates you paid for written on the receipt.I had to ask for a receipt and i was told they do not have a receipt, so have them make a copy of it. I also fraudulently got charged frequently. My daughter really was bored with the daycare and there is not a curriculum of learning. Also I noticed that there is a lot of negative reenforcement with the early people ( I would hardly call a 18yr old girl a teacher) who are watching your child. Do not call corporate with any concerns because they will not return your call. The only positive thing was, the caregivers in the afternoon did seem to be nice though. With that said, I do not hold a grudge but when it comes to children you really have to speak up. How else are you going to know what is going on and just be made aware. That way when someone else says " you are the ONLY parent that has a problem with it", then you know that there has been other issues with the facility.

I'm just saying...
