We have found Ms Davis to be very unfair in an arbitration hearing regarding a construction defect. She refuses to refund parts of our money “which is refundable” until she receives payment by the other party who we have the dispute with. We don’t understand why she is punishing us and holding our money for the other party's lack of payment. We have no affiliation with other party other than we have a dispute with them. Yet she refuses to return our money and let our case proceed to another arbitrator. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience we have had with her. We are very glad we have decided to use another arbitrator. Her fees are very unreasonable and she has proven herself not a fair arbitrator. That’s our experience with her.
