My computer crashed on a Sunday night as I was preparing a presentation for a Monday meeting. I called LaneIT, based on a referral from a business owner in Flower Mound. A representative returned my call within 15 minutes, and was at my door within 30 minutes to troubleshoot the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to get the computer up and running within 45 minutes. He charged me for 30 minutes at the lowest residential rate I have ever been quoted.
