As an Assistant District Attorney, he prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases, ranging from a simple traffic ticket to Capital Murder and everything in between. In addition to his experience in the courtroom, he has handled various issues involving civil and transactional matters. As an Assistant City Attorney, Luke served as in-house counsel and municipal prosecutor with the City of Plano. He helped the City of Plano primarily as the city's municipal prosecutor but also prepared legal opinions for the Mayor and City Council across a broad spectrum of complicated legal issues.
