In 30 years of pawning have never been so disrespected and or encountered such hostile attitude. From the get go irritable, extremely touchy, after 3 times telling her what my item was and she still got it wrong, I slowly and carefully enunciated and she took offense. If your too stupid to listen, or don't know your business, don't take it out on the customer. She apparently couldn't handle it so transferred me to another person which when I explained to him that because after 3 times she still got it wrong so she then refused my business. I went elsewhere where they were courteous and offered me $55 dollars more.

Beware the prima donna "manager" who thinks she is hot stuff because she is the manager. Never in my life will I ever visit this place again. How can they stay in business being so hostile?

They were nice to me. Always with a smile and kind voice, with all my experience with other pawnbrokers I'd have to say I love this pawnshop.

They are more concerned with saying what they can't do than offering customer service and what they will do. Uppity know it alls. They will never get one cent of my money. Uncourteous and unprofessional. Worst pawn shop experience I've ever had. And I've bought and sold a lot with various pawnbrokers.
