Provided by YP.comI've been to Medical City Lewisville many times, and have ALWAYS had exceptionally good service. I've lived here for 35 years. Babies, colonoscopy, minor surgery, etc. They have always been very skilled, efficient, professional, and very polite. I've received nothing but top notch care, in every way.

Provided by YPmobileFather was taken via ambulance here for breathing emergency. Upon discharge, had to provide own oxygen tank and wheelchair to car. Took forever for discharge paperwork and a nurse to unhook from IV and monitoring.

Provided by YP.comSKIP THIS HOSPITAL. THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND THE ADMIINISTRATION IS ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT PROFITS. THE HOSPITAL MANAGERS ALL GET BONUSES FOR GETTING PATIENTS TO A BED ASAP. MOST OF THE TIME THE BED THEY ASSIGN DOES NOT HAVE A NURSE OR THEY SEND THE PATIENT TO A FLOOR THAT CANNOT MEET THE PATIENT NEEDS. THEY CALL IT "FASTER ER" THIS IS A PLAN BY HOSPITAL CROOKS OF AMERICA TO PAD THERE POCKETS. RESEARCH THEIR COMPANY BEFORE YOU GO THERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO KILL A FAMILY MEMBER. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT THAT IS NOT AN OPTION.

Provided by YP.comMy visit to this office was a nightmare. I had to wait well over a hour, the front office staff was the worst. They were very rude and did not care that any of the patients were there. They were too busy chatting between themselves. I will not be going to this office again the employees ruined it for me.

Provided by YP.comHad bad experience multiple times. The front office is very impolite. Cannot help with any questions. Bad communication. Even the doctor I saw about the same. Tried switching the doctor but they messed up on my appointment and had to return back home and reschedule for another time. Did not communicate test results to the patient as well as to the recommended doctors. Very busy office with many doctors. Absolutely no personal touch.

Provided by YP.comI've been going to this practice for a while.
Thankfully there are more doctors to choose from than just one so I've kept with them. (The first one made me feel rushed. Very matter of fact. When I had questions, she answered them as she kept her hand on the door knob with her body in the "I need to go" stance.)
After another try with another doctor in the practice, I found one I really like: Dr. Limosnero.
The practice, however, is changing to something I don't like.
They have the phone tag you have to go through to speak with a real person. Don't like that, but at least at the end, you CAN speak to a real person.
NOW, you can't even do that. All you can do is leave a message so they can call you back.
I would say the 'personal touch' is not there...or very quickly eroding.
After my delivery, I may have to find a new practice. I really want a more 'personal touch' to a very relationship with my OBGYN.
