I have taken my truck to NTX Diesel twice now and both times their team has far surpassed my expectations.

First time was to repair injectors that another shop had installed a month before. Turns out the other shop put cheap after market injectors and they failed. The mechanics replaced the injectors and Nancy even worked to get another 2 that were failing replaced under ford warranty. The other shop didn't even attempt warranty replacement so Nancy definitely went above and beyond to help save me money

The second time I literally just drove in from out of town. Nancy was out but the mechanic stopped what he was doing to diagnose my issue (low oil pressure indicator and lose of power) . I just drove the truck 1100 miles and noticed significant performance issues. Prior to leaving my origin location I had the truck checked out and was told the turbo was going out by one mechanic (quoted me $2200) and another mechanic said he didn't know what was wrong without tearing truck down (quoted $800 to diagnose only). Knowing I had a great team in NTX Diesel back home I risked the drive.

As soon as I arrived in town I drove right into the shop and the mechanic took about 45mins to properly diagnose. He immediately identified the issue as a bad fuel filter (total: $216 for fuel filter replacement and labor to properly diagnose). Drove truck back, another 1100 miles and she ran great!

I'm extremely greatful for NTX Diesels honesty and fair pricing.

Needless to say I highly recommend them!

Just went in for a basic fluid change but nothing short of great service. Will definitely be back for any and all needs for my truck.

By dumb luck I stumbled on this shop doing a google search and I feel like I hit the lotto. My F250 needed a new egr and oil cooler, and they did it for HALF what my local dealership quoted. For years I've been searching for an honest, quality shop with fair pricing. This place is my shop for life now!

I have a 2003 F250 with the 6.0L i had called and talked to 2 or 3 different places about the diesel engine and bullet proofing it. WOW!!!!!! the cost was crazy. I called NTX Diesel. They jumped on it quick and the price was very reasonable. This place is my new diesel shop. The staff is very knowledgeable. GREAT PLACE THANKS GUYS!!!!!!

Best ever. Dealer wanted $8700 to "fix" everyting on my 2004 F250. Just for EGR and oil cooler the dealer wanted $2900. North Tex Diesel quoted $1350 for the egr cooler(Bulletproof egr cooler too, much better than OEM) and the oil cooler, installed. I ended up getting everything fixed for $2600. It has been 6 months since repaired and everything has been perfect. Truck runs better than any time I've owned it. This is the best shop in N Tex in my opinion.

I called Nancy on a Saturday to let her know that my truck had just broke down on the freeway while I was hauling a loaded trailer. She was quick to get me taken care of and she was able to get my truck repaired very quickly. This is very important to me because this truck is used to transport hay and I don't have another truck to use when mine is down. Nancy understands my urgency and she does what she needs to do to get me taken care of very promptly. This is the second time that I have used them for repair work and they are awesome. My farm is 200 miles round trip from their shop so it isn't the closest place by any means to have my truck worked on. I was referred to this shop by another individual and the reason I drive that far is that they have treated me very fair and I feel that they are very honest with me which is very important to me. I previously used another Diesel repair shop in Frisco and had an unbelievably terrible experience. Nancy keeps me informed and lets me know what I need to have done. People ask me why I drive that far to get the truck worked on since there are other repair shops around. I tell everyone that the reason that I drive all of the way to Lewisville from East Texas to have my truck worked on is simply there is no other place like North Texas Diesel, Automotive and Performance!! If you are not using this company for repair work than this is your loss!!

This North Texas Automotive Shop is of high quality work and Up and Beyond customer Service! I'm a College student with not a lot of money, but they were able to help me diagnose what was wrong with my truck and repair it at a affordable price for me! They saved me money for fuel, parts and tow truck expenses, which I spent a great deal on trying to commute to work and back and it just didn't work out... I called up there to schedule an appointment and I also asked Nancy, what would be wrong with my truck after I described the symptoms it was having. They gave me the answer and it turns out they were 100% positive it was what they said it was, which was my sensor going out, they replaced it and now I have my Daily Driver back to tip top shape. Thank you North Texas Diesel for a great experience! I'll definitely be back to get my truck worked on if anything else happens.

i have just purchased my 2007 f350 truck and found out the egr cooler was bad i travel for my job ntx came highly rated i explained my time restraints they had my vehicle ready on time long story short i have driven 2000 miles truck is doing perfect ntx will be the only shop for any future needs

NTX diesel in Lewisville has done me good everytime. I have had horrible experiences with mechanics misdiagnosing and over charging me. I took my 6.0 powerstroke to another guy in Lewisville and he told me that he could not diagnose the problem but happened to find $4300 of other work that I need done....UHH what??? So my friend refers me to NTX and they fix my 6.0 for $350. The ICP sensor was bad. Quick fix and had my truck back in a day. They know their stuff and Nancy is an awesome person to work with. She runs a good shop up there and all the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Anybody who owns a diesel truck knows how important it is to have a good mechanic work on your truck. I recently purchased a used 2008 and had NTX do all the minor repairs that were necessary. I will always take my trucks here regardless of where I live in the DFW metroplex. Thats how good they are!!!!

Very honest and helpful staff!! Will be returning for all maintenance, including oil changes!! Diagnosed truck and reduced my quote from dealer by over half!!!

The best place to get a truck repaired. Jeremy & Nancy are completely trustworthy, wonderful to work with, do a great job at a great price. I wouldn't trust my truck to anyone else!

This shop is worthy of 10 stars. I took my 2007 6.0 there for head studs, egr ,intake, and some other mods. Not only was the quality of work 1st rate but they were very informative and helpful. Not to mention the price but it was unbeatable. I will never take my truck any where but NTX Diesel Performance in Lewisville . Many thanks to the whole team down at NTX Diesel Nancy... I took my 6.4 Powerstroke to NTX Diesel in July, 2012. The attention to detail that this shop offers was amazing. Extreme competitiive pricing, friendly, and talented people in this shop. I HIGHLY Recommend them to Anyone in the DFW and surrounding areas for all diesel repairs and performance upgrades.

Great work at even better prices, shop atmosphere is nothing short of amazing and are by far the most helpful shop that I've ever had the pleasure of working with, they rescued me at 1 A.M. what more could you ask for? NOTHING! This the go to shop for any diesel owner and I mean any!
