STAY AWAY in my opinion. I have given them a lot of business in the past, but the last time I want there the wash actually scared the heck outta me. I thought it was going to break my windshield! When I went to open the back of my NEW Explorer, I saw that the wiper assembly was completely destroyed. The manager or owner named Sam, will not return calls and his mailbox is always full. We've tried texting him also with no response. The employee said they claim they are not responsible and have since put up a big sign stating so. I had to go into the car wash to retrieve the broken parts and found others they had ruined also. If I had time, I'd take them to small claims court because they ARE responsible. I'm out over $50 because of this place. At least they could return my calls. Never go there! Supersonic is way better anyway. It's by the Shell station and Jack in the Box on 2499 by Grapevine Mills mall.
