Ladies don't shop here. I bought 10 gallons of paint at this Lewisville store and 12 additional gallons from another PPG store ranging from $45 to $52 per gallon. My husband went to another PPG store for an additional 3 gallons and paid $34.95 a gallon for the same exact paint!!!! Manor Hall Interior Latex. I went back to the store with all my receipts. After they researched their explanation was 'they were being nice to your husband' and 'their was a line and he waited'. OK, what about all the trips I've made here and waited? What about when you gave me the wrong paint and I had to bring it back? What about the times I waited for you to order the paint and had to come back and pick it up? The lack of stock is what lead to purchasing paint from the other PPG stores. During my first trips to this store I bought 7 quarts of sample paint to try out colors, at the time the salesperson told me if I go with any of these colors that I should not use the sample quart because it is not real paint and will not holdup. (What a waste of money, time and resources.) They also set me up with a customer loyalty account card that gave me an additional 25% off paint purchases and Manor Hall was on sale right now!!! On the other hand, my husband forgot the 25% discount loyalty card when he bought the last 3 gallons, but he did get their 'nice' discount! I think I'm going to try Sherwin Williams for the rest of the paint we need.
