I liked this gym. The price was right and the facilities had a variety of equipment, but then they lost my trust in their business practices...



I received a letter in the mail expressing that one location of the Results Fitness gym chain is closing and because of this our memberships and payment information has been transferred to a different gym. This new gym did not buy Results Fitness and is not one of the remaining Results Fitness locations.Without any warning they uprooted us from the entire gym network that we previously had access to and sent our payment information to who knows where.



I'm trying to get information about who they gave our payment information to and how it is being used because we will be purchasing a house soon. However, getting complete answers from them is difficult to say the least.



Why couldn’t they couldn't let us stay with the Results Fitness chain?

Did they expose our payment information to identity theft?



I’ve sent so many emails, but they refuse to answer the majority of my questions.
