I went into the Sleep Number store at the Vista Ridge Mall on Feb 8th and placed my order. I was told that I would receive an email notification on when my mattress would ship (I chose UPS delivery) and that I would have it in home no later than 2 weeks. It is now Feb 23rd and not only have I not received any email confirmation but for the past week I have called the location at the mall 3 times to check the status. Finally I decided to contact the customer service line where they didn't give me any additional information either other than "there might be something on backorder". How do you not know if there is something on back order or not? Why wasn't I proactively contacted to let me know that my order could be late? I was never called back by the store or by customer service after requesting for them to follow up with me multiple times. I have been looking forward to my new bed for weeks now but so far this service is very disappointing.
