I had a unidentified leak in my pool where I was losing 2" of water per day. I contacted Superior as recommended by my Dad. Stacy, the owner put me in contact with Rebecca who got me on the schedule a few days later. Trent and Smitty got the leak identified and fixed in 3 hours! Great knowledge, had all the tools on hand. I could not be happier with their service! Highly recommended!!!

We were very disappointed! Having received a number of recommendations about Superior, we had them re-plaster our pool. It looked very nice, at first. We received a 2-yr. warranty on their work but, quite frankly, expected the job to last much longer, as we take VERY good care of our pool. Unfortunately, after just 3 years the pool developed several cracks (some in excess of 12” wide). Superior refused to take any responsibility; we were told that if we wanted repairs, we'd have to pay for them--that they were unwilling to pay even half! Granted, the warranty had expired; but we did expect more from a company of that (supposed) character. We won't use them again and certainly cannot recommend them!

Excellent service. They were extremely focused on keeping the pool area clean while working and left in neat. They showed up when they said they would and finished on time as well. Recommend to anyone.
