3. Onsite workers: Arrive in unmarked vehicles, no work orders, incorrect supplies, no real schedule.



4. The Work.: Meh. If I had the time I would have done 10x the quality of work. Will is pass, sure. Is it good? NO.

After blasting angry, frustrated reviews all over the internet and reaching out to the owners of the company myself (**TAKE NOTE THAT I APPROACHED THEM, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND**) I was handed off to a very personable gentleman, Colby, that did make a great effort to appease me. I'll happily buy him a beer for being friendly, but in the end we experienced more rounds of bad intercompany communication. Workers arrived in an unmarked vehicle, unprepared and uninformed. He made multiple rounds of coming back on multiple days. The plan from the worker is still not completed. The list of items that was communicated to me, however, has been completed.

So I was looking for a company to work on my fence and came across Texas best fence , and couldn't be more happy that I did . The whole thing took them two days workers showed up on time and worked very hard even with the 100+ temperature everybody I talked to was very helpful and I'm very happy with how it all came out , would totally recommend them and use them anytime!!!!

TBF just completed our gorgeous new fence! The quality of materials and craftsmanship was excellent. I was very impressed with the professional staff and crew of workers that made sure everything was perfect. The ten year warranty they offer is great. Texas Best Fence extended our patio, built us a new fence with an electronic gate and custom built an outdoor TV console. We had a great experience and would not hesiate to use them again in the future. Great Job!

Colby and team did a fabulous job with my back porch. I extended my roof, added an outdoor stereo, TV, and a flagstone deck and grill. Job was done on time, at budget, and exceeded my expectations. They have been more than willing to come back for minor fixes on their dime. Would highly recommend.

Colby at Texas Best a Fence went above and beyond all my expectations. They did a great job at install and even drove past my house many months later and noticed slight fading on a couple boards, sent a crew out to respray the fence. Very caring, great company. I highly recommend Texas Best Fence.

We've just finished our fence project with Texas Best Fence this past weekend and it was a great experience from start to finish! We would recommend TBF to anyone. They've done so many jobs in our neighborhood...we couldn't find anyone that wasn't impressed with the quality of the workmanship or the professionalism of the crews on the job; and we asked a lot of neighbors (even the ones we didn't know) many questions about their experience with them and took a good look at all the fences they've built. Their reputation in our neighborhood is truly impressive.



It takes us a long time to decide to spend our hard earned money and we go over and over the details sometimes for several months before making a decision...this has turned out to be a very good decision for us and it has been a pleasure to spend our money with this company and have such a beautiful return for our investment.

It's been a seamless and enjoyable experience for us.



They also recently completed projects at the two homes behind us as well...arbor, fences, bbq, fireplace, flat work...looks amazing! As a back alley neighbor you can imagine the congestion trying to get in and out of our driveway...not once did they block us form entering or exiting or if they were blocking, they immediately jump into a truck and moved so we could have access...we never even had to flag anyone down. Our alley was always clean and tidy too. So, not only were they great while on the job they were working on but they were very courteous to the rest of us that lived in the vicinity of the work being done.

Spent $2700 to have a fence placed on our property. We asked them to remove the posts from the existing fence and install a new fence. When this was done we were told we would have 10 yr warranty. What a joke!!!! No one responds when you try to use the warranty. They didn't remove old posts just cut them down to ground level and won't respond to requests for work on bowing kick boards and slats. Also during installation they busted one of our sprinkler lines and didn't even tell us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
