I called here to make an appointment for an exam. The receptionist could not answer a particular question that I had and I was transferred to an older woman. The older woman was very curt and rude. This is the closest office to me that takes my insurnance, but I don't care. I would rather drive 50 miles than deal with this office in person!

I went in to Texas optical, the young lady that checked me in was very polite and nice, but then the elder lady that started my exam was extremly rude, very short and cold. I then saw the doctor who was very nice, did what I felt was a good exam. Then I was taken to the front desk, where a gentleman sat there on his cell phone, smacking crackers in his mouth. Very unprofessional and rude. The final incident that drove me out of there, without even ordering anything, was the bathroom, the trash was overflowing with something that stunk in there, the toilet seat and the floor had urine all over it, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days....needless to say, I got out of there as quick as I could. If you do come here, work with the young blonde lady at the front desk, the asian guy (sorry don't know his name) and the doctor does do a great exam. Stay clear of the bathroom though!
