I was referred to American Traditional by Miley Heating & Air (who are no longer taking new customers). Spoke to Jim Hayes at Am. Trad. Was supposed to be here yesterday. Didn't show. Didn't call. Have health issues with heat. Must start over finding repair for fairly new Trane heat pump. Will upgrade review if get help from Miley, Am Trad., or Trane.

We had a very good experience with American Traditional Mechanical. They were quick to respond when our hot water heater died. We had hot water by the end of the day and a new tankless water heater by the end of the week.

I want you to know how much I appreciate being able to call you American Traditional Mechanical for emergency service, when I am in Lexington, KY for the winter. It`s wonderful to have friends and neighbors and AC service people that will take care of things for you

This Trane XL20i is the ultimate of all air conditioning units. I am so proud to have this unit. The company who installed it American Traditional Mechanical is the best contractor in the KY.
