I called Jim on Thursday afternoon to quote an attic access. He said he could look at it Friday but never showed up. Called him back and he showed up on Saturday and quoted us $250. I called him on Monday morning to schedule the work for that week. He said that he would write my job down and get back with me. On Wednesday morning, I called to ask him again. He said he was too busy and rudely hung up on me. He knew that we urgently needed to enlarge the access in order to put in a new HVAC unit in the attic. He went back on his word and didn't care that it cost my family an extra week of sweltering to find another contractor that would do the job. If he is this bad with just estimates, I would hate to think about the responsiveness and the quality of the actual work. Avoid like the plague!
