I work third shift & I often e...

I work third shift & I often enjoy breakfast after work with a cup of decaf. Recently we stopped here and were told we would have to wait while they prepare the decaf. We were the only customers in the restaurant & had to wait 15 minutes for our food & another 5 for our coffees. (They had been open about an hour.) Our food was almost cold by the time we got our coffees. How difficult is it to prepare all coffees when you first open? Plus it was the manger that rang up our order, she got that wrong & never even apologized when she finally brought us our drinks. Why couldn't she bring it to our table together. Did she think we would eat our food without something to drink. I called the 1-800 # about my experience.
