Provided by YP.comI placed an order March 3rd and did not recieve the order until August 5th. They wanted full payment and I only gave them half.. said i would give the the other half when i recieved the furniture.
Then after i get the furniture, there was scratch , the sales rep was suppose to call in the repair and it never happened. . of course they want you to pay 600 for insurance.. but they never come out to fix anything or if they do it takes months before they do.
So i would not recommend buying anything from them....
I apologize for the trouble that you had. Customer Service is the #1 thing we want to focus on here. We have changed management since your issue. The particular bedroom you ordered was not produced quickly enough to handle the amount of orders that were placed (in a national aspect). This bedroom is still the #1 bedroom in America currently. This was a learning experience for us and again I apologize for any issues. As far as your $600 insurance, I do not see that you purchased this plan. Also, we have gone away from the company who was providing this insurance. We no longer do business with this company. Please give us another chance. Thank you

Provided by YP.comWe have purchased living room sets for two living rooms and two bedroom sets from this location. Customer service has been fine, and whenever there has been a problem with the merchandise, they have made it right. True, you cannot be in a hurry for your furniture to shop here, but if you plan ahead it's a great experience.

Long story short:
-Spent $5,000 in living room furniture (love the furniture, no complaints)
-Sales staff initially friendly
-Waited 8 weeks for partial delivery
-Multiple errors with order, wrong items, overcharge
-HORRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with in-store staff, corporate service hotline, and warehouse staff while trying to ressolve issues
-In total, 4 delivery dates spanning 3 months
-No refund for being overcharged

Also Instead of donating clearanced comforters and pillows or anything for that matter Lori directs employees to throw in dumpster even after asking to donate to homeless or shelters. Will NEVER buy anything EVER from this place. It's pathetic and sad. BADDD MANAGEMENT!

Provided by YP.comDO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE. They take your money and promise you delivery in 3-4 weeks. Well that is a laugh because after 7 weeks we still have no furniture and no delivery date. This has happened to many people we know who shopped here and they sure have a lot of excuses. They tell you they cant give you your money back so you have no choice but to wait and they are real nice when they are taking your money but try and get your furniture. If you need furniture in a hurry and who doesnt., dont shop here.
